Cocktail Trends for 2025

April 2025
The martini, the old fashioned, the margarita… they’ll always have a place in the world of cocktails. But 2025 is shaping up to be the year of savory, fresh, and innovative creations.

Expect to see more food-based cocktails like tomato martinis, along with herb-infused drinks and savory flavor profiles with unique textures. Sustainability and zero-waste practices are also front and center. Guests are craving visual appeal, paired with local, sustainable, house-made ingredients.

Another trend on the rise? CBD- and THC-infused cocktails, offering a modern twist on traditional recipes. But the biggest shift we’re seeing is the continued rise of low-alcohol and no-alcohol options.

Mocktails are becoming a staple at bars and events, as Gen Z leads the way in mindful drinking habits. Today’s cocktail scene is less about the alcohol content and more about the overall experience—flavor, presentation, and vibe.

Next month, I’ll be diving deeper into the world of mocktails and why they make such an incredible addition to modern events.
